Home delivery service within Hong Kong territory: if the order amount * reach HK$400, delivery fee at HK$40 will be waived For self-pick up at designated Redemption Center: if the order amount * reach HK$200, delivery fee at HK$20 will be waived Home delivery service within Macau territory: if the order amount * reach HK$400, delivery fee at HK$50 will be waived subject to the exception that order for large size items (regardless of the order amount) will nevertheless be charges HK$80. *Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for details.

Delivery services shall delay when typhoon signal, a red or black rainstorm warning is hoisted.

If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below, Amber, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, S.F Service Centers and S.F. Stores will operate as usual. If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is issued, services of S.F Service Centers and S.F. Stores will be suspended immediately.
