Terms to Sanrio Fans Club Membership Points
1. To earnMembership Points, Members must provide their membership number/card atcheck-in at any physical shop of Sanrio Gift Gate, Sanrio Gift Gate Online Shop or any other partner shop(s)as announced from time to time (collectively “Partners”). SomePartners may advise of different earning/crediting procedures, which shouldthen be followed by Members.
2. A list of the Partners and the details on the earning/creditingprocedures are outlined in the website of each partner, updated from time totime.
3. Membership Points will only be officially recorded uponthe acceptance of a Sanrio Fans Club membership application and approval ofmembership status.
4. The processing time of Membership Points varies dependingon the Partners as well as the type of transactions. Certain type oftransactions, due to refund policy, cooling-off period or other conditionsimposed by the partner, may take longer. For further details please refer tothe timeframe specified within the terms & conditions of the respectivepartner, or contact the partner directly.
5. Membership Points are valid until 30th June2021.
6. If Partners incorrectly denies the credit of Membership Points,then the said partner’s only liability will be to provide the Member with thecorrect number of Membership Points.
7. Transactionsor its relevant part(s) (as the case may be), whether posted or not andsubsequently partly or fully cancelled, refunded or reversed will not beeligible for Membership Points. Partners reserves the right to adjust or cancel any MembershipPoints credited to a Member’s account incorrectly, or not in accordance with,or in breach of, these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions ofPartners, at any time, with or without notice to a Member.
8. Partners reservethe right to change or amend their terms and conditions at theirs solediscretion.
9. These terms and conditions formpart of Sanrio Fans Club Terms and Conditions.
10. These terms and conditions with thelatest effective date shall prevail over previous versions.
